When will my order be shipped?
In-stock orders received before 3 PM ET on business days will be shipped the same day.
Orders received after 3 PM ET and orders received on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.
With which carrier will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders with UPS.

Shipping charges are based on the items weight and on the shipping service you will choose during checkout.

How do I measure bags?
Open end poly bags are measured width x length (4 x 6 = 4" wide and 6" long).
Zip lock bags are measured, width x length under the zipper (4 x 6 = 4" wide and 6" long).
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on products that are factory sealed.

Ziplock bags, reclosable bags and zipper bags are all the same, they're just different terms. Some people call it reclosable bags, some call it ziplock bags and some call it zipper bags.
